If you are unhappy with your first purchase for any reason, please contact us at customercare@magikdrink.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURNS
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Unopened items must remain unused
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact customercare@magikdrink.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We may offer a replacement or refund after review.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, Magik is not responsible for additional shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders may be modified or cancelled through your customer account portal before the next billing date.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Magik is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
